In 2017, 12 Trees exhibition focuses on light as a potent symbol of hope that many cultures share. Created in collaboration with Kanika Gupta, The Light in the Shadows in an installation that focuses on the light within the shadows. 

​In times of darkness when we are feeling lost or helpless there is a desire to look for the light, something to guide our way through uncertainty, hardship, and/or despair. There will always be times when we find ourselves in the shadows with nothing external to turn to, nothing that we are able to grab hold of, to direct, to light and illuminate our path out of the darkness.
